The RH was telling me to look into Live DJ's because they give you the best of both worlds, live musicians and also the interaction of a DJ.
Did anyone use one? Any recommendations?

Look into Bravura. They have DJ and live music. My brother used them and I also booked with them. They had everyone dancing all night long at my brother's wedding. They are incredible. Definitely call them. FM me if you want more info.

Im not really a fan of the Live DJs, I prefer either a DJ or a band but not both. Its a matter of preference tho.
We had just a DJ and we used Vinny from HIgh Voltage. maybe go to some of the showcases and get an idea of what you would prefer and what you want
