Live musicians at cocktail hour

How much are people paying for 1-3 pieces to play during the cocktail hour? Thanks!

The keyboardist from our band is playing, and I think it costs $250.

I am looking at Capriccio Ensemble. They are $750 for 1 1/2 hours for a trio (fluit, violin, cello).

Re: Live musicians at cocktail hour

my DJ actually plays the piano & sings, so he will be doing that at the cocktail hour, no extra charge.

Re: Live musicians at cocktail hour

I am having a Spanish Classical (Acoustic) Guitarist -- $400 for arrival, ceremony, and cocktail hour. He will accompany my sister in the ceremony. Beautiful music, coming from Brookly all the way to Peconic so I figure half the fee is his transportation!!
