hey ladies just something i was thinking about. i live with FH already so after we are married we will here until its time to buy a house (hopefully) with all the wedding planning for all those ladies who dont live with FH already have you found places yet what are you plans? just a thought i am glad live together for many reasons one being i dont know if i could handle a move on top of the wedding.. good luck!!!
Right now I live in my Dad's house (he is handicapped and can't live on his own) in a separate apt. My brother lives downstairs with Dad, I moved back in after he had a stroke 7 years ago. FH has a small house (needs a lot of work) that he bought with his ex-wife. I practically live there now and have started moving boxes of stuff in shortly after we got engaged. Basically, I didn't want to officially live with anyone until I was engaged but I haven't officially moved in yet because I have to hire a home health aid to help care for my dad and we have to re-do my FH's kitchen (it's originally, knotty pine 1953... yikes!) and I don't want to live there until after it's done... hopefully early Dec.
We don't live together yet. We're both still at home to save money for the wedding. We will probably start looking for an apartment sometime in January and live there until we find a house...we're definitly not looking for a house until after the wedding.

We have been living together for 3 years and we plan on staying in the same apt after we get married.
I bought a condo almost two years ago when I was 32 and NEVER getting married. Its only a one bedroom(all I could afford in this crazy LA housing market) so we plan on living in it until I can sell in in April and buying a house when we find one we like.
We'll be renting after we're married until he's out of grad school. If we stay in the area we're currently in, we can easily buy a townhome when he gets a full time job (the area I'm currently in in VA has brand new 3 bedroom townhomes for less than 100,000...)
