LIW: A small request, please **UPDATED: LIW ROCKS!**

Is there ANY way to change the search feature to a Boolean search so that we can use connectors like 'and', 'or', etc. so as to make it easier to find something? For example, I'm looking for a thread on what people are spending on their photographers. When I search for 'photographer prices' or 'photography prices' (obviously w/o the quotes), the search feature only comes up with exact matches. Instead of having to put in all the combinations of words that could possibly come up with a thread on the amount of money people are spending on their photographers, or just putting in a phrase like 'photographers,' which will give me way too many responses, if we were able to do a Boolean search, it would cut down on both the time spent searching and the need for duplicate threads when people can't find what they're looking for.

Any way this is possible? I know you receive a ton of requests on a regular basis, and I know you can't accommodate everyone, but if I didn't ask, then I would never know, right?

thats a huge help! Can I add one more thing? Can the search function include searching the subject line/heading of the post?

I noticed that if the word you are searching on is in the subject but not the text, it doesn't show in the results

Hey Ron, was this ever implemented? I've been having some problems searching for posts that I know are there and they aren't showing up, even if I put in the exact phrase.

Me too, a few days ago I searched for a post I did and only 3 posts came up. Boolean would be awesome.
