UW bans people so fast & here, people can get away with murder??? Am Imissing something????
Do we not have 'protection' here?

If you know who it is I think you should tell. LIW may have privacy/legal issues involved but what you got to loose.

as for banning - is stuff like this protected by 1st amendment?? i don't know. even if it was - would anybody actually sue? i don't think so!

Although I think the person was completly wrong and should be banned, I don't think anyone should be named on speculation alone. I remember when there was something said or sent to Theresa and Jennbaby was blamed and that was wrong as well. If the wrong person gets named on here, everyone will be jumping on that person. The only ones who know for sure are LIW, and I honestly don't feel that anyone else should name anybody because there in no way they would be 100% sure.

I admire Jen for not speculating, or naming someone she suspects but is not sure about!!

Jennbaby, I have no idea what happened, this is my first post (just signed on)...but it sounds like someone was personally attacking you? I am so sorry , but remember...when women get jealous, the claws come out...so this girl was probably very envious of you or totally jealous of your wedding...I'm sorry this happened to you, that just s*cks!

Too bad for her you had an amazing wedding and are a beautiful person...no matter what personal attacks she made on you, she can't take any of that away from you!

Considering that a few women we know and love were banned from UW, I'm glad to know that LIW isn't so quick to pull the trigger. Personally I am very satisfied with the response they have given -- they promptly removed the posts, and gave a warning to the poster. That seems like a very appropriate response to a distasteful comment.

I think they should be banned, we arent here to hurt each others feelings, we are here to HELP each other. Now that person must be an obviously is not a nice person,but to actually have the nerve to be that rude to someone is uncalled for. Its not like this person was thinking it and it 'slipped out', they THOUGHT about it, decided to FM it and probably proof read it and hit send, it was a THOUGHT out process, it was malicious and horribly RUDE! It makes me sick because I am on here from Jersey trying to get good help and I am respecting what everyone tells me. Now if someone can be THAT rude about a picture, it makes me wonder if they would even tell me the truth about questions I ask. I want nice, caring people pointing me in the right dircetion, not mean, cruel people! She should be banned, there was no raeson for her to be so mean.
