LIW Good vibes please!

So I had been interviewing for a new role within my company and got the offer on Tuesday...then my current director told me he had an opening in another area that he wanted me to consider before I accepted.

It was clearly a better option for me so I accepted but now this afternoon I have to tell the other group I am decliing their offer! I'm sure it will be fine I'm just nervous and hate disappointing people and I don't want to burn bridges!!!

So I need good vibes ladies!! I can't wait till its over so i can BREATH!

The other manager was so cool about it and totally understood. No bridges burnt and in fact she told me to keep in touch and we'll get lunch sometime. She is big into keep talented women in the bank so she wants to continue to mentor me in my career.

No I can enjoy the offer I accepted!
