Are you cleaning out your temporary internet files? A cookie is a temporary internet file stored on your machine. LIWeddings reads that file to find out information it put in there, such as your clock settings. When you clean out your temporary internet files, you erase that file, so the clock can't find it, and you see it as resetting itself.

A lot of websites have cookies, so you don't need to be concerned about these files being on your computer. It's no big deal at all and can't make you get a virus or anything.
