so my bff krissyb2b told me to email kimberly at client services about not getting the shirt yet, so i did... and she emailed me back...
it will be mailed next week. :)

krissy told me how to do it... search in chat for member named 'Client Services', and then FM her from there. she got back to me in literally 5 seconds... when i was done mailing her and i hit refresh, i had FM from her.
