Sometimes mine don't work either and I get little boxes instead. Trying refreshing your screen or closing the brower and coming back on.

Today the trouble is: it tooke me 10 minutes to see who the new mommy is. Everytime I clicked on the message it brought me to site map. At least they fixed the last column so it is smaller now.
