I just found out that in the past, LIWedding brides, because of jealously would call and cancel vendors using your name etc., is that true? has anyone else heard anything like that?

Actually I heard about that a few weeks ago. That is why I dont advertise my vendors anymore..even tho all the 07 girls on here are fantastic and I know none of you would do that

I heard it happening at the KNOT, but never heard anything happening here. So far.
I do tell who my vendors are and I maybe that makes me a big naive jerk.. but I also have a lot of faith in my vendors and tend to hope they understand that NOTHING is to be done unless then run it by me in person.
Oddly enough I tend to think the people that would cause problems are more likely to be people I know in 'real' life.

When I first joined here back in Jan, I heard some things were going on and that is why most deleted their vendors from the profile.

thats crazy!!! WHO would do that and WHAT vendor would believe it without seeing you in person or something.....dont these vendors have contracts that ppl signed and stuff????

As soon as I heard that I pulled all my vendor names off. I thought I was doing other brides a favor by posting vendors because I got great deals from them.
It $u*** that there are such mean people out there and ruin it for the rest of us.
