Took this photo to Black Forest Bakery and ordered it for my grooms cake. Cake will have 2 layers, 2 will be chocolate and 1 will be carrot cake. All the things FH loves.
I found various Jets cake photos during my websearch and of course FH picks the one cake that I took off this website and found in an 06 post. SMH

That cake looks amazing!
I didn't know Black Forest did groom's cakes... you would think I would check them out first because that's where our wedding cake will be from.!

also...this might be a silly q...but for a grooms cake...what do you do with it exactly?
is it served at the same time as the reg wedding cake? do they serve it up with the rest of the cake?

it depends.... you can serve it at RD or at the wedding
and you serve it with the wedding cake most of the time

Grooms Cake is really just there for display. The Coral House told me they would only cut one cake, which is the wedding cake. But we'll cut the grooms cake ourselves.

I will say this: the price Black Forest Bakery gave me was good I paid in full and ran out the store before they changed their minds.
