LIWeddings- where is my post from the vendor board?
My post from last week is not on the Vendor board. Am I just missing it or has it been removed for some reason? Thank you for your assistance.

Re: LIWeddings- where is my post from the vendor board?
I cannot even find it if I do a search. Did someone ask you to remove the post? I think if they did then that is very unfair.

Re: LIWeddings- where is my post from the vendor board?
I do not think REMOVING the post is okay if the vendor asked them too. I am not continuing the discussion just think that our posts should remain. What if a new bride is researching information on this vendor. They will not know how rude and inappropriate they are to brides. That is more my worry.

Re: LIWeddings- where is my post from the vendor board?
Michele, sweetie, I understand that you think you will help a future bride-to-be, but honestly, focus your energy elsewhere.Maybe you are making too big a deal out of this whole thing, especially since the vendor you had a gripe with is not even one of your chosen vendors. I could understand your crusade better if something happened to one of your wedding day vendors, but that is not the case.
And, being so close to your own wedding date, you should try to focus on positive things...
Perhaps it's good that you are nearing the end of all this planning. I think it's starting to get to you.
Just relax, and let it go.

Re: LIWeddings- where is my post from the vendor board?
Michele,Yes we removed the posts, but not for the reason(s) you think! There were two threads on the vendor board that started to focus on slanderous remarks about a man being excommunicated from the Roman Catholic Church. The threads main focus was on these remarks. We called the Diocese to confirm these allegations. They were completely false. The man (an x Roman Catholic Priest) left the Church to get married. That may or may not be acceptable to all but who are we to judge? So, because these threads were based on slanderous untrue comments we thought it was in the best interest of all to remove them. You may ask, “what about the info that didn’t pertain to the slanderous remarks about the x Roman Catholic Priest”. Seeing that the bulk of the thread focused on the slander and not what you had intended we removed the entire thread. Otherwise what was left made zero sense to anyone coming back to read it. In addition, there was a comment on the board that referred to a clergy member as the slang term for a buttocks. Sorry, that will never we allowed! Hope this answers all your concerns. If not, you can send us a private message by clicking on the help button at the top of this page.
