Lobster - Do you steam or Boil?
Hi! Well, today is our 6 month anniversary and I wanted to make lobster with linguine sauce - not together though!
What do you like best?
Do you boil or steam the lobster?
Which tastes better?
Thanks!

I like both but Boiling is fast and simpler. Depending on how much time you want to spend in the kitchen. But thats imy taste

I think Boiling tastes better, it's not as dry, and I usually boil it in water w/beer and some garlic powder.

I think boiling would be easier, but I find it a bit (but not by much) tastier when steamed.
However I've not done lobster myself in my own kitchen, I've seen others do it.
