I am trying to think of a location that does not have a fee to take photos before our wedding. We are coming from Selden and heading to the East Wind in Wading River, so I really don't want to travel too far out of the way. My back up plan is to go to baiting hollow vineyard, but they do charge a fee so I'm wondering if there is somewhere nice to go without extra cost?? Anyone have any ideas??? TIA!!!
oh and the East Wind does have beautiful grounds but we are only allowed to get there a certain amount of time before our wedding because of other events going on so it doesn't allow for enough time to get all of the wedding party pics in.
can you go to the beach in riverhead? like off sound avenue?
Bc of the time of year, I pretty much did the Estate and then some pics inside the main building. We had 3 hours inbtwn, I got married in Shoreham (7 minutes away), and we still ran out of time. There is never enough time for pics, esp when you add family to the mix. I even have them a timeline but ppl were still late/ missing etc. Took forever!
They suggested Wading River Beach!! It's not to far from the hall at all! I am a Friday so I am allowed to come early and I am hoping there is no wedding in the cottage so I can use their grounds as well :)
Thanks ladies. we could do the beach, i wanted to stay away from the sand because our ceremony is AFTER our photos, but if it comes down to it then i think one of those beaches might be the best bet.
