Can you girls give me the list of places on long island where people take wedding photos and their site fees if u know of them?
My mom is talking about going somewhere else aside from Carlyle to take pics. Which i think is retarded but i figured i'd amuse her and get some info.

My FH and i are taking our pictures at Old Westbury Gardens they are a little pricey, but we have a large bridal party and i love pictures so i would pay to have the place to us with no outsiders lol, plus they have a rain option a beautiful mansion. If you need prices let me know.

Maybe something with a mansion? At Carlyle i'll have a gazebo and tooons of green (hence Carlyle on the green lol).

But you could probably also find out about places like DeSeversky, Woodlands, Glen Cove Mansion, Oheka. I don't know if they'd let you come just to take pics, and I certainly don't know what their prices are, but I guess it can't hurt to call and ask

I was thinking about Sand's Point. I have no idea what their fees are.
But any place that is free, you have to worry about other brides. I know the Garden City gazebo is pretty popular and there could be some brides in front of you.

To clarify... OWG starts @ $275 and goes upwards to $450. The time of your appointment dictates the price.

we took our pictures beforehand at the vanderbilt museum, but i remember seeing a few months ago that they might not be letting people take pictures there anymore. if this is true, then i can't help you, but if it's not it was $300 for 2 hours of pictures.
