Loft / open space - have a planner, need rec's

We are definitely planning a loft space/open space wedding. We have a wedding planner/designer, and so far they are amazing!

Just wondering if anyone has recommendations on caterers, who specialize in working in raw spaces... those that come with waitstaff, bartenders, etc...

We know we're going to have to purchase the alcohol for the event, so we need a catering company that will be able to work with us (or planner) to create the perfect mix of cocktails, along with typical bar drinks.

anything I should be looking out for?

Richard G. Allen Catering!!!!!! AMAZING! I work with him all the time in really tough spaces and he is just awesome! His food is to die for!!!!

is the event in nyc? I had a few that I was speaking to when I was considering doing the same that sounded good...

When I was considering using a separate caterer I spoke to Jean Christophe at Feast and Fete (they are in Daniel restaurant) and Park Avenue Catering. I have also heard good things about Creative Edge.
