Logistics Question lol

soooo i was thinking about getting a party bus for everyone to pile in (bp, koumbari, both sets of parents, and we'll still have room for any OOT that come)

BUT i was also planning on taking pics somewhere after the ceremony, so my question is does everyone come take pics with us? if not where would they go? i think itll be too early for them to go to the rh

We also have a party bus that is going to pick up FH, the groomsmen, and FILs and bring them to the church, then swing back to my parents' house and pick up me, my BP and my parents.

After the church ceremony, we're going to take pics and there's a limo that's going to come, pick up the parents and bring them back to the hotel.

In your situation, I would maybe see if they can go somewhere in between? Hotel, someone's house?

The limo I got was SO cheap (like, less than $200) so it might be worth the extra expense!

It's a 10 person limo - like a stretch town car.

Yes - we're going down to the beach for pics w/ the BP and then everyone is meeting up at the RH for more pics (like extended family etc).

I'm assuming we're going to be taking a lot of pics just FH & I with our BP waiting around - that's how it's been when I've been a bmaid. But if you're going to the 2nd location, you'll prob want a few pics of the entire BP, you know?

joanna, why don't you get a reg stretch (nothing fancy) limo for the greeks/family/koumbari.....

if you think about it, lets say you to go a park to take pics after reception/before CH, you are going to want your parents/koumbari in the pics.......you can take a few pics with them, get those out of the way, and that limo can leave, leaving you with your BP and FH to take pics the rest of the afternoon??? the parent reg limo maybe can go to Russos for the hospitality?

oooo this could work, yeah i guess by the time we get to the pic location take a few family/koumbari pics the time will be fine for them to go to russos

we got a regular stretch limo for both sets of parents and grandma.

not sure where they are going....but i know mom wants to get to hall extra early....
