LoL - I acted like a 5 yr old today

I hate hate HATE when people get out of their giNORmous SUVs, admire their crappy parking jobs, and walk away smiling.

I was parked in the Trader Joe's/Circuit City lot on 347 today - the whole place was full (the snow plow convention was there again, I guess loading up for tonight) and there were literally 2 spots left in the whole lot.

I'm parked, finishing up a phone call, and about to get out, when some wack pulls her beast of an SUV up next to me on an ANGLE - her headlight was about 4 inches from my car, gets out, shoots ME a look, and goes into the store.

I ran into TJs, grabbed what I needed in 2 minutes, came out, and there was ANOTHER SUV double parked behind me, making it impossible to pull out without hitting 1 of the 2 moron parkers.

Can't people be a little considerate?!? It's not pre-Christmas anymore, things have calmed down, why do people still suck!? I had to get to work, I was in a rush, and pissed.

I knew what I had to do: I rummaged in my purse to find my favorite heart shaped post-its...
I swung my door open, marched over to the driver side windows of each car, and proudly plastered it with
A+ PARKER!!!! (trimmed in some lip gloss, for sheen!)
I'm such a baby, but it's gonna be quite the b!tch to wipe that lip gloss off the windows!!! LoL
today was not my day.

I hate that y do SOME suv drivers think the own the road?

Oh, there have been SO many times that I wish I had the guts to do something like that! Maybe you felt childish, but they probably felt like morons when they saw those stickers!

i would have keyed them! lol.. thats pretty funny though! did you write a+ parker in lip gloss? or with a post -it? (sorry... i'm stupid!)

Too Funny. Did you wait around for a reaction? I love how people park, especially people in SUV's.....And a lot of them are oblivious to what is going on around them because they are on the phone.....

Good for you. I would have just backed into them. I have a crappy car and regardless of what car is in my way I give it gas and go. 'Just dont get in my way,' is my motto.

a short story I was in BJ before the holidays and the weather was nice. I was loading my car and I saw another car pull out. at the end of the row and I saw an SUV waiting and was going to pull into the spot. AS they were pulling in dont you think they rammed the car next to them. and you heard it big time. I went out that way cause I wanted to see if they hung around and they didnt, went right into the store as if nothing happened but there was massive damage to the car that was hit.

how did you get out?

We have this problem on our street all the time!
I live on a wide street, that has head to head parking in the middle ( more of a parking lot than a street.) and the spots are on an angle, and they are BIG spots, & these A+ parkers
(love that!)part about 75% in their spot & 25% percent in the next spot Dh still mages to get his little Nissan entirely in his remain 3/4 of a spot. He refuses to contribute to the problem, but last week he parked so close to one of those Huge square SUV things. There was NO WAY, she could have opened her door, but unofortunately we left first.

I HATE that parking lot! I often stop there at Bagel Boss to get a bagel on the way to work, and everyone else thinks it's just fine to park RIGHT IN FRONT of Bagel Boss to avoid walking the 10 ft. from a space! So I have to walk around all the cars just to get inside.

I have an SUV and my other vehicle is a pick up truck - I guess you really hate me.

I'm not playing devil's advocate here, those two should have been much more considerate.

I would also like to state that I have seen horrible and inconsiderate parking jobs done by compacts too.

Oh I totally agree that it's not the SUV's fault it was crooked or double parked, it's the moron driver!!! People are just inconsiderate.

It took a good few minutes of maneuvering to get out --- probably the exact # of minutes I ended up clocking into work late... grrrr

I live out by that area! I hate that shopping center. When I do go (which is rarely) its for Bagel Boss.
Anyway..Good for you!!! People can be so dam rude!

Did you do anything about it? I had that done to me - big dent in my door and of course there was no note or anything? I definitely would have called the police if I saw that!

once, a freind gave us this great business card sized piece of paper
