I think yoiu got everything...but leave ALOT of room for misc expenses. For instance I only leave myself $100 per week for misc expenses which is not enough. Should be more like $200/week. Things come up...weddings, birthdays, dinner and drinks with friends, shopping. You may say that you can cut down on the misc. part, but its impossible. So pad that area alot!
Also we spend probably around $300+ on food per month.

That looks about right. FH and I used to do the BJ's trips once a month but now our apt just foes not have the storage space. Our shopping trips are about $200 a month now. We go with a list to avoid extra spending and try to buy what is on sale.
As for the io..we just added the triple play, it was actually only about a $4.00 difference with the land line so we added it.

prescriptions tolls school loans
we always have a few hundred dollars to play with every month in case something comes up - like a party we have to attend, if the dog needs to go the vet, or there is something unexpected that we have to pay for - and trust me it happens - ALOT!! i cannot imagine living paycheck to paycheck and not being able to save - honestly thats the only reason we are still in an apartment here in NY....you'll be fine! good luck!

our electric bill varies - for instance when it was really cold my electric bill was like 150 for only a 30 day cycle - but i have baseboard heat and it eats up my electric - but in the spring/fall it will cost 150 for a longer cycle like maybe almost 90 days/ 3 months - it depends on if your washer/dryer are electric or gas (we dont even have one!), if you have AC, what kind of heat you have - our heat is electric, how big the space is to heat or cool, things like that will make a difference in your bill....

sounds like you have most of the expenses down. as the months start to pass, you get more accustomed to all the various bills and expenses. as for food shopping, when we first moved in, we spent like 100 a week. this was basically stockiing up our pantry with stuff, like seasonings, condiments, etc. right now we only spend like 50 bucks a week on groceries and every 2 weeks make a trip to bjs (mostly for water). for spending money, every paycheck i give myself 200 bucks to last till the next paycheck. since i bring in my lunch, this money goes to random items...like hanging out or buying small groceries after work to cook dinner. our expenses include: credit card, car insurance, cell phone, mortgage, electricity, gas, our mattress and TV we bought when we moved in (0% apr for 3 years), my 200 spending money per paycheck, savings, and of course the wedding.
