that she hates my wedding dress lolollllllllll

im too stressed out about everrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyy single ffffffffffffffffffffkn thing about my life that i have no more tears to shed.

so now... i laugh. a lot.

Ugh I know how you feel. My mom hates mine too But I got praise from everyone else that it makes up for my mom hating it. And my mom hates everything I pick and FMIL loves everything I pick soooooooo

Too funny! As long as you love it is all that matters. Your Mom is not wearing your dress. Your dress is amazing and you are going to look gorgeous in it. Moms are so funny and will drive you crazy.

wedding dresses arnet my style. do i picture myself in any other dress? nope. this is def :'the 1' but whatever

she loves the top.. but hates the bottom.

listen sis, as long as YOU love it, thats all that matters. Mom's, especially Greek ones, will always have something negative to say about every and ANYTHING......

this is your day and its all about you, and a littlle bit of Will.......doesn't really matter what she or anyone else has to say.....you are the princess for the day, not her!!!! you love it and you own that dress, rock it hunny!!!!!!!!

My mom is like that too. She hates EVERYthing... so I just stopped asking her.

You will have a beautiful wedding in spite of your mom... and that dress looks stupendous on you!

I wouldn't stress this...i LOVE your dress...it looks like it is made for you. Some moms take their daughter's wedding as an opportunity to 're-do' their own. Don't sweat it. It's all about you and Will.

dont worry, that dress is very un-traditional and your mom sounds very traditional, so it makes sense she wouldn't like it. As long as you love it (in your own way) that all that matters

My mom is the same way...all she said about my dress when I showed her the pic of me in it was that it's too big. Well duh, I have to have it altered. Now I just don't ask her anything about the dress. Probably won't even ask her how I look the day of because who knows what she'll say and I don't want to be upset. She's just not into dresses and frills or anything girly.
Oh well, that's why I have friends and other family to tell me how much they love the dress.
As long as I'm excited about my dress I don't care what she thinks.
