does anyone have any or know where I can see some haha?? The website doesn't seem to have any yet...I booked with Villa but am so curious to see the new one because maybe I'll like that one better?? haha I just dont want to make an appt. & waste people's time if I don't like the pics TIA!!!

Clover, can you send them to me as well? I contacted Louis XVI MONTHS ago and they were so rude on the phone that I didn't even bother to make an attempt to look at their facility, now that I hear that Lombardi's owns it I wouldn't mind taking a look, maybe changing venues?

I went to Lombardi's this past weekend & I fell in love! It's not FULLY done yet- there is a glass atrium that has not been completed for where the cocktail hour will take place. Side note: The views of the bay are amazing! I'd say its definately worth checking out.

I live right next door.. like seriously 50 feet away. I walk over there everyday to bring my pup to the water. I can take pictures of the outside and post them for you if you want next time I am by there (probably later tonight). Its a cute place. It used to be Louis XVI. There are a few (not good) pictures on this website but I am not sure how much they changed since lombardis bought it.

Lombardis on the Bay is breathtaking, the Grand Ballroom is amazing, the crystal chandeliers are one of a kind. Its a must see. I was there for shower and communion a few months back.Makes me wish I could have my wedding there. After walking through the lobby and peeking into the resaurant there with all the fantastic aromas coming out of the dining room we had to go back for dinner and the food was to die for. We had steak and lobster tails but you must try the brocoli rabe mixed with smashed potatoes Yum!!

LOTB's ballroom is gorgeousssss!!!! I would have def. booked there but the room is a little small for our wedding....but it is breathtaking. Since me & my mom fell in love with it but it can't hold all my guests, I am going to have my bridal shower there FH didn't like that it wasn't completed yet (the glass cocktail room, bridal suit, bathrooms, ceremony site, etc)...& asked how I could book a place without seeing the final result...I know he's somewhat right but I have complete confidence in the Lombardi family & I'm sure it will be gorgeous!
FYI: The glass cocktail room will be just like the one at Villa's.
They say they can have 190 ppl but I just don't see how that's possible. Def check it out if you have less than 150.
I met with Ana & she is a sweetie & will def negotiate with you. I was quoted $114.95 + 20% gratutity + tax for a Friday night in July or August.
I know this is long but HTH.

Wow! Thanks soo much for the info. We are going to see LOTB Tues. We are thinking of having around 130-140 pp so maybe that will work out. I was hoping that maybe it would be a little cheaper then LOTS but it sounds like its about the same.

Yep, same menu same price. But def try to negotiate some things. Ana was giving us the Deluxe Seafood Bar + Viennese with extra hour for only $14 total p.p. ALTOGETHER. It's supposed to be $16 pp for the seafood & $18 pp for the vienesse with the extra hour which should come to $34 but she took off $20 per person!!! Charles at LOTS worked with us on those upgrades but he only took off $8 pp, took them anyway...as if we needed more food We will be rolling people out of there haha
Oh, & the chair covers are included at LOTB but not LOTS...but LOTS has nicer table linens & nicer chairs included in their package. I would def check it out
