Has anyone been to or heard anything about Lombardi's on the Sound? I need some type of review because I havent heard alot about this venue. Thanks so much in advance....

I've never been to Lombardi's on the sound but I'm getting married at Villa Lombardi's and I know the menus are the same and the food is incredible!! I was at Lombardi's on the sound when it was the old Port Jeff Country Club and it was really nice. I don't know if they redecorated or anything though. Good luck!

I am a Villa Lombardi's bride so same owners, same food.
I went to Lombardi's on the sound for a showcase and it was beautiful -- just too small for us.

Lombardi's on the Sound was the only other placed I looked at and it was beautiful. My only complaint was that the room was small and I didn't like how you can really only see the water from the cocktail hour room. But you know that the food will be excellent and they do offer SO much food.

it's beautiful and the food is great. I've been there for a wedding and an engagement party. Once I wasn't fond of our waiter.

villa lombardi's bride here......went to lombardi's on the sound for brunch.....the food is absolutely delicious!

We were there for a wedding over the summer, the venue is gorgeous, CH food is to die for and the service is pretty good.
Only complaint is if its not nice outside (which is wasnt for this wedding) there is not enought room inside for your guests to sit during CH, also DH ordered Prime Rib (i think it actually might have been Filet) but when they served dinner he got chicken, when he told them they had made a mistake the response was they had no prime rib left

Thanks for your FM! Lombardi's really is gorgeous and the biggest selling points were the view, the great food, and the VERY reasonable prices for that quality of RH.
The few downsides from my experience there checking it out, which some have already mentioned, were zero view of the water from the main room, not as great service as other places I had visited, and not directly on the beach (which is something I want).
