Does everyone here know what's going on over there? Early this morning there were several blasts in the underground (subway) and a double decker bus. The entire underground is closed as is all public transport. As of yet the death toll is 40 with 300 others injured half of which are serious injuries. I found out this morning I went to put on channel 21 to put Sesame Street on for my son. Instead it was a loop of BBC news covering the tragedy. Then I decided to check the network stations to see what the were broadcasting. To my horror all of them were going on with regular programming. I guess Montel Williams ' Are you my baby's Daddy' is more important than at terror attack across the pond, just sickening!!!

I know, the radio stations this morning were just going on with thier regular chit chat, no mention of this, I didn't know about it until I signed on to cnn.com.....it's terrible....the whole thing makes me sick....it's like the madrid bombings, they are trying to cripple the city by knocking out transportation...it seems like there is no end in sight for these [email protected] know we can do our best to try to prevent this stuff....but when does it end???

This topic is talked about in the USAK thread since she lives in London.... and i could understand no talking about it as much cuase they happened early early (5 or 6 am) this morning and its still not a clear picture as to #'s, who did it, etc...

I go to London all the time for work- I pray for the victims, injured and thier families.
