DH is in Edinburgh tonight on business, flying back tomorrow...I hate being home alone over night.

I used to be like this in college if my roommate wasn't there. I would get up and check the door and the window and everything about 5 times. And I would go the bathroom and then realize I didn't really need to go, but I was nervous.


Read a book, listen to some music and find a nice snuggly stuffed animal.

It'll be morning before you know it.

Oh i know all about that, Doesnt help that i love reading scary books! you can always make more of those amazing rainbow cookies!!!

I made some really good new ones the other day...they were jam thumbprints or something like that...basically butter cookies that you roll into a ball, dip in egg whites - then you're supposed to roll them in walnuts, but I did finely chopped slivered almonds instead - stick them on a cookie sheet and stick your thumb in the middle. Then you bake until golden and fill your thumbprint with jam. They were really, really good!!
