Long Island location for pictures

I found the perfect place for my wedding only problem is it doesnt have an outdoor garden area for pics.

I really would like to have wedding pics with flowers/green in the background.

Any suggestions of places I can go in Nassau LI for pics, not too far out in LI...I dont want to miss the entire cocktail hour.

Thanks :)

Where is your wedding? Daytime or evening?

If you are close to Centerport, please check out the Vanderbuilt Museum. It is an absolute gorgeous place.

We are having our pictures taken there on Saturday for the wedding. I can't even tell you how amazing that place was. They didn't tell me we had to book by a certain time ( I called them last week and they booked me!) , and the price was pretty decent.

Oh sorry I'm new to this joined today. It is at Jericho Terrace. They have a little area in the front that you can take pics but all the guest arrive from that entrance and I will go crazy if they are all standing around while I take pics.

There's Westbury Gardens, the Planting Fields Arboretum, even Eisenhower Park can be pretty. There's also Christopher Morley Park up in Roslyn.

If you need indoor in Nassau County, I would look at EAB Plaza (now Reckson Plaza or Rexcorp Plaza) it's where the LI Christmas tree is (across from the coliseum) and they have a beautiful indoor garden - and it's free.
