I need to get a long line bra for my first fitting next week!
Does anyone recommend Mary's or Georgette's? Those are the 2 places I've heard of and I'd like to just go to one.
Also, will I be able to walk out with the bra on the same day?

Def Georgette's. They are fantastic. I've been buying bra's there for years. Very hands on though, be forewarned.

Be careful. Make sure you can return it. My seamstress pulled the bra off me in the middle of my first fitting. She said i didn't need it and It was too late to return it.

Suzzettes in the Cross County shopping center (yonkers) is my FAVORITE bra shop. Very hands on, but you leave with the perfect bra...at a good price!

Love Georgettes! Been going there for years. Yes, you'll get felt up but the girls will never look so good.

that happened to me thank god my seamstress where i brought my dress to be altered has bras on hand to buy in great neck my daughters wedding i dont know if she will just sell you a bra but try they have really long line ones i bought one at georgettes non refundable by the way and wasnt good

Thanks for everyone's help! I went to Georgette's and got exactly what I needed. Phyllis looked at me for 10 seconds and pulled out the perfect long line bra. I took it to my first fitting and the seamstress is able to sew it right into my dress. It's perfect.

if you are an easy size, go to davids! you can try it on and purchase same day
i got mine there. and i LOVE it. i have used it so many times since when wearing tight dresses since it helps to pull in the tummy and it doesnt have any boning to be noticeable <3
