I am not aware of certain designers, but I got my dress at Kleinfelds and they had a few dresses with long sheer sleeves. I must have seen about 4-5 of them.
I know the song is not on the Father of the Bride soundtrack. It was also used in Runaway Bride and it's not on that one either.

Like you, I wanted my arms covered too. My dress is from the Private Label collection under Private Label by G. Unfortunately, I have checked their website many times and haven't been able to find my dress there. So, don't get discouraged if you can't find what you're looking for on the net.
