yeah I didn't think so..

maybe I can get pastor april form church of the ancient ways to do it, and not mention to fh's family that she is not a rabbi

hmmm, you should probably let them know about this. The reason I say that is b/c most Jews (I would think) would know that a Rabbi or a Cantor will not marry anyone in church.

Interfaith marriages can be complicated.... mine will be too.

Well, FH and I are having an interfaith ceremony. I have a cantor performing it on a saturday. But we won't be in church.

Ooooh, for some reason I was under the impression both people had to be to get married in a Roman Catholic Church.

Are fh parents okay with him getting married in a church? I am Jewish fh is Catholic and my parents would die if I got married in a church my fmil suggested it. You might want to try a reconstructionist temple...they are the least religious and one of those rabbi's might be willing to do it! GOOD LUCK
