We were in A.C. moore and FH thought of this idea for a favor.. It is going to be sooo awesome. We are going to make a few different recipies for the favors.
You layer all the ingredients for cookies or brownies.. attach a little card saying what else they need to add (eggs, milk etc) and how to cook them. Since it is 4th of july the fabric on the top will something red, white and blue. You know the cheap holiday fabric that they sell at JOANNEs. We will tie the fabric on with raffia.
What do you think? They will look the most like the 2nd picture.

That is a very fun idea for a favor! I think the red. white and blue fabric will look perfect.
You could play up the 4th of July thing even more by writing on the tag: 'This recipe is sure to set off fireworks in your household' or something to that effect...
Ohhh what a good idea. Stephen wants to make up cute wedding themed or 4th of july themed names for the cookies.
How about cookies called 'chocolate chip cookie explosions' with lot of chocolate in them...
