Its such a peaceful place...but full of apartment complexes and buildings....big news for us...we weren't evacuated...we are about 3 blocks away...but there were buildings 100 feet away!!

Its the biggest news on TV all day...I'm sure they targeted it, since there was no one living there (so not to hurt people...only property)...but so much money wasted...

the funny thing is that they say they are against urban sprawl...but this is really close to desert like conditions (even though 3 miles from the ocean) and sandwiched near a Marine base...

oh no Teri...this was a building in progress...they were only 75% completed...but there were people nearby and one worker was sleeping inside the building (but got out)
