Look what I did today...(w/pics)

I had my make up trial. What do you guys think?

I really like the makeup. Not too crazy about the lipstick (my personal opinion of course ;) ). Kind of takes away from your overall look......but if it makes you feel good and you love it, then go for it! :)

if you like that color, maybe try a softer shade of it? what do you think of that? just seems really bold to me ;)

I love the eyes. I do agree about the lipstick but I also want it to show up in pictures. Maybe I will look for something lighter.

I agree to about the lipstick I think that your eye make up is the stand out feature and your lipstick is too dark (JMO) you should really only have one dramatic feature eye make up or lipstick. So either tone down the eye make up or tone down the lipstick. I hope that helps :)

The way the makeup was apllied is nice. I would actually try toning everything down just a bit, or maybe just start by toning down the lipstick first and seeing if you like that until you achieve that timeless look.

How do you feel about it?

I agree. I like the everything else but the lipstick. If you can get something a bit softer, I think you would then be set.

I agree with the lipstick. Perhaps a hue lighter, especially since the dress is going to be much lighter than the shirt you had on during the trial. Other than that, you looked amazing. I love your eye makeup. Are you doing airbrush?

My hairdresser did my makeup trial. She is doing my hair and makeup for the wedding. I think I like the eyes. It is definitely way more makeup than I normally wear so it takes getting used to but I think I like the eyes but I think the lipstick is too dark. I guess I have to go shopping around for the right shade.
