I used these red silk flowers that I found in a store I forget which one but they were shaped in a ball and were really inexpsensive.
I bought styrfoam balls and used this paper that they have at michaels I don't know how to describe except its really thick (i think kids use it to make frames and cute things like that) I then wraped tulle around it. The ball i stuck into the top hot glued the flowers in and added a bow on top for it to hang and the bow around the center.
Now, like i said my mom IS SUPER CRAFTY I am sure she has a better way to make these but that's what I did AS THE FIRST DRAFT OF IT.
The flowers are much more of a deeper red inperson.
i thought it wasn't bad for my first try.
Edited to say...anyone else make anythign similiar would love to see pics
