Re: Look What I Made Today!
It was really really easy. I went to AC Moore up the road from me (which, I have to say, is a great store!) and bought a piece of styrofoam, the carnations, some glue, ribbon, and a piece of oaktag. I made a heart template out of the oaktag, then traced it onto the styrofoam. I used a knife and cut out the heart. Then I cut the flowers off of the stem, put a little glue on the stem, and stuck it into the styrofoam. I took some of FHs fishing wire and weaved it through the top of the heart and put the ribbon through it. I still have to figure out how to make a bow, but the rest was really really easy! :)

Its going to go on the front door, but I was contemplating making a few out of real flowers for the wedding day. Dont know what I'll do with them (maybe use them at the church or the reception).

Re: Look What I Made Today!
Thanks! I dont think it would cost hundreds of dollars even if you were using real flowers. Real carnations arent that expensive, are they?
