So FH and I looked at Sherwood Triart today. We were so impressed. However, they were soooo expensive. I am thinking the photographer and video are places we might want to splurge b/c we will have them forever.
What does everyone else think?

I havent been able to visit them, but I have heard from several people at my reception hall that they think Sherwood Triart is the best photographer around. I have no idea what they cost, other than it must be expensive, but I have been told it is worth it, and you get what you pay for with photography

We booked PATKEN...I have heard nothing but AMAZING things about them! Maybe you should schedule an appt with them.

i agree, i would rather spend less on other things like flowers, dj, favors, etc. Having a good photographer/video is very important to us.

My GF works for Sherwood and I know the owners.
They are very expensive but their work is amazing. I am definitely putting them at the top of my list, especially since they said they will give me a deal.

I know a lot of people spurlge in that area because that is the memories that you will have for ever so if you love it go for it

I visited them too. Nice work for photo. Video seemed ok (nowhere near their photo). I am definetely considering them too. Their studio is great but we are still shopping!

I totally agree with the splurging for photo that is why we are torn. It's funny someone mentioned patken b/c we also have an appointment with them Thursday. We will probably visit one or two more places also...

I went over budget for photo/video. it was definitely the most important thing to me. i heard sherwood triart was amazing. i didnt look at them because i heard they were REALLY expensive. we went with the velvet studio...i was really impressed with their work. i think if you want to go with them, great...but maybe you should just look at a few other photogs, just for reference and comparison! GL!

i havent started looking yet ...how much did they say ??? i have been hearing prices around 6000 to 8000 from family and friends that have recently gotten married or r in the process
