lookin for dresses today!

ok so im back!!! and piss off i am bridal reflections in massapequa was so unhelpfull and nasty to say the least!!!! me and my moh walked in and they didn't say hi can i help u we had to show our selves around... about 10 min later someone comes out and says what are u looking for.. and i said tea length and she said 'oh that stuff is downstairs' so me and moh was like OH THANKS FOR LETTING US KNOW... so we go downstairs and i started asking her ?'s and she just said yes or no then left us to fend for ourselves. we have to pin the dresses so they fit we had to find out everyhting on our own.. in our opinion its b/c we look young and prob not old enought to get married BUT I AM AND IM WILLING TO SPEND MONEY so i was mad at that.. i wanted to know what colors the dresses came in and she wanted nothing to do with us...

THEN i wanted to look at gowns for me so i know u need to have an apt. but i figured we're here lets see if we can just look around so we walk to the other store and the lady at the desk who mind u was doing NOTHING said can i help u and i said yes i wanted to know if i was able to look around.. she said whens the weddding i said june 2008 and all she says to me is..'im sorry HUNNY its too early for u to be looking the stuff u find and like wont be around when its time for u so i wouldnt start looking till sept or oct of NEXT YEAR'' so we turned around to walk out and said very loudly..' JUST LOST ALOT OF BUSINESS' thats not anyway to be professional AT ALL she wasnt even willing to make us an apt for a later date.

i refuse to go there no matter what im so upset cuz i heard good things about them so theres a small dress palce in lindenhurst (where im from) called Renata's...omg they were so sweet she couldnt help us enough and the prices were EXCELLENT nothing we tried on was more then 200 $$$ there was a dress they didnt carry and they are willing to order me a sample just so that i can see it in person. she helped me find dresses that only came in the colors i want.. im so happy to be working with them i cant say enought nice things about that palce! (well see how it goes over time)

bridal reflections for the 1st dress was 185
renatas was 175

the second dress is only 137 at renatas bridal reflections didnt carry it....

also at renatas the more u buy the cheaper they are i love that!!!

Wow - that ***** so bad! I am so sorry you had such a bad experience.

It always blows me away. I dont think these places realize the power of this chat board. I mean, when a bad experience happens, everyone on here becomes aware, and no one wants to do business with someone that *****, ya know?

OMG NEVER GO TO BRIDAL REFLECTIONS...do a search...there's soooooooooooooooooooooomany bad reviews its horrendous....see if local stores can order the dresses for you...plus i heard they're even WORSE with alterations..


PS I absolutely LOVE both of your dresses...GORGEOUS...the 2nd one was one of the ones I picked to check out ...those are kinda my colors. I don't know which one i like better though...they're both friggin awesome...GL!!!

I don't think it's too early! It's never too early There are actually 2 (out of the 5) '09ers on here who've already purchased their gowns! Go for it!
