Does anyone know of any affordable but good restaurants in Nassau or E. Queens that would be good for an engagement party of about.... 75-100 people (i know..)

That's quite a large party for a restaurant. You can even negotiate at some smaller reception halls for that amount of people. To keep costs down you can host a brunch or a lunch. People tend to drink less etc and it costs alot less than a dinner.

i am having mine at domenico's in levittown. their food is really good. you should also look into jonathan's in garden city park (my sisters shower was there, food was excellent). and piccola bussola in mineola is great as well.

Check out Villa Umberto's in Elmont. They have excellent food and the prices are very reasonable. I had my shower there and will also have my rehearsal dinner there.

verids-whitestone cafe on the green - whitestone the white house- whitestone laterna- bayside george washington house- roslyn ( i think) el vino-fresh meadows <~ small rest, not many ppl dine there. i eat their food 2x a week.. its not packed because it snot kosher.its located on union tpke. and most ppl roudn there eat kosher. food is relaly good.. it has a rustic vineyard type feel.

I had my e-party at the Milleridge Carriage House. It was amazing the food and service was great!!!!

Don't know how far it is from you but Roma View on Cross Bay Blvd is reasonable and the food is really good.....Thats where I had mine...not sure if you can really see but pics r in my album.

I love El Vino in Fresh Meadows FH and I love it there!!!

Everytime I see that someone needs a location for an e-party, I just have to recommend the place where we had ours. Novita in Garden City is amazing. FM if you want more info. :)

I had mine at Roma View in Howard Beach...It was very nice and they were reasonable in price
