this was an agent in my old neighborhood in Queens...and if we stayed in NY...it would have been in this area...I just loved it...

houses started in the 500-600s, but there are also some great Tudor style attached houses in the 400s...I'm sure non-Tudors would be less...

the energized realtor
she lived in my neighborhood...but I don't know her at all...but she has a personalized purple Hummer...she must do pretty well for herself...
