So our kitty died several weeks ago and it really has been difficult. We miss him so much. The house just seems so empty with out him. So now we're looking to get another kitty, maybe two so they can be buddies. Our cat was a main coon at we thought we would get another one but I refuse to pay for a cat when so many are being put to sleep. If anyone knows of any kitties needing a good home... please let me know. thanks!

We adopted our Tostito from the Long Beach Animal Humane Society. THey are in located within a pets plus store in Oceanside on Long Beach Road.
We love our little guy!

Not sure what neighborhood is convenient but Little Shelter in Huntington has cats. Also many PetSmart locations run adoption clinics for cats on a full-time basis. I know that both Melville & Levittown have them full-time.
Sorry about your kitty.
