So we just found out that we can buy a co-op rather than paying rent! My future in laws have told us that they will give us the money for a down payment and we can pay them back after the wedding! I am soooo happy! They are the best, I am very lucky.
Ideally, we would like to get a co-op in Bayside....either 1 or 2 bedroom. We don't need anything fancy and aren't looking to spend an exorbitant amount.
We also wouldn't mind Whitestone, Douglaston, Little Neck or Glen Oaks. Does anyone know of any places that are for sale?
THANKS!!!

Re: Looking for a place to live
Thanks! I have been looking there and they do have some wonderful places.....I just like to exhaust all options!
If we didn't have to go through a real estate company, that would be great but I don't mind using one if they find us what we want for the price we are looking for.

I live on the border of Great Neck and Little Neck. It's the perfect location and a block to the train station. We own a co-op. FM me for prices. There are tons of one bedrooms for sale in our development. Actually, the girl above us is selling. :)

My cousin is selling her co-op in Bayside. I can ask her for a link to the listing.

It looks beautiful but we can't afford it! Good luck selling it though!
