Looking for a priest

Looking for a priest

So, FH is divorced and hasn't gotten an annulment so I know we can't get married in the Catholic Church officially. I know there are the married priests and even some regular preists who will preform a symbolic Catholic ceremony. Doesn anyone know any one they can reccomend? We'd really like someone with a good sense of humor, I love ceremonies that make you laugh in a good way.
I'm not really sure how to 'shop around' for a priest, so I figured I'd ask for rec's first. TIA

Check the LIW vendors...under officiants and I am sure you can find someone there.

Thanks, but I have all those guys written down, just wondering if anyone had any personal experience with any of them.

Was your FH's first marriage done in the Catholic church?

The reason I ask, is that FH also was married before, but he was married by an officiant, not a priest. So all he had to do was pay $50 and fill our some paperwork and sent it to the Diocese. We got the okay from them and we will be able to get married in church.

Yep, he was married in the Church. I looked into the annulment process, but he can't really get an annulment because they just didn't love each other anymore. So right now we're looking to do it 'symbolically'.

Yeah, even if you tried now you wouldn't have enough time. My FH filed for annullment in June 2008 and it still has not been granted.
