A knock em dead salad recipe. I usually make spinach/strawberry salad with home made dressing for family occasions - but I think it's time to try something new....

Re: looking for a salad recipe
I sometimes do arugla, gorgonzola & pear salad & walnuts with a balsamic vinegarette.
Or spinach with goat cheese, sliced green apple & craisins & pinoli nuts also with balsamic.
My brother's GF makes a spinach/stawberry salad that is to die for - I'm waiting for the basalmic recipe she makes, it's awesome.

My idea exactly! I add toasted pine nuts to it as well and golden raisins instead of pear sometimes.

My favorite salad is avocado, hearts of palm, and red onion with a lemony-cilantro dressing. It's very tropical and different.
