I think I'm going with the 3 piece set... anyone find any that have a monogram on the big container? I prefer one's with a cork or something too, what if one day you have to move or something and the sand falls out? What color compliments dark red? Should I go with white or black sand? One site said you can do a third color that the officiant pours in. Thoughts? I found a web site called Daisy days that has monogram available. Post pictures if you have them

Good to know - I'll look there... we are including our parents in the sand ceremony - blending of the families kind of thing (that's why I need 6) and this way we can present the mom's with the roses then too.

you can probably get a monogram etched onto the glass... im sure there are companies that do that... or you can buy some armour etch and do it yourself...

Re: Looking for a sand unity ceremony set...
Hi there! FH's friend just told me about an ebay seller that sells those unity glasses with the monograms...I posted it as a topic, I will bump it for you!! HTH!!
I like it, still concerned the sand will end up on the floor 10 years from now, but also - trying to figure out what colors to do. The black and white isn't bad, or maybe the dark red and pink? Any suggestions?

I could ask DH where we got ours if you'd like. The glass is etched.
What you could do is buy these or another 3 piece set and buy the additional glasses you need at Michaels.

You can find exactly what you are looking for at this site. They have a clear gel candle that you can pour on top of the sand to seal the vase. I just ordered it for my sand ceremony. Or, you can opt to get the wood top for the vase. Look under the accessories section on the site, and you will see them both. www.perfectweddingmemories.com
