Looking for a snack suggestion

PMS has reared its ugly head and I need a snack but I don't want to be horrible. Any tasty, yet healthy, snack suggestions?

I think I need to stock up on some healthy snacks for work. I found some fruit, but it didn't do the trick. I need a nap, too.

When I desire chocolate I get a bag of M&Ms and eat 5-10 and then staple the bag closed and give them to someone.

It works for me!

Dried fruit sounds good. Dried apricots and cranberries are yummy. Maybe I should go shopping tomorrow.

Yogurt-covered raisins. Or carob-covered raisins.

Veggies, fruit salad, graham crackers aren't too bad either.

Lite popcorn isn't too bad either (and it's pretty hard to eat a WHOLE bag of it) My FMIL keeps a bag of snack-size M&M bags (like the kind for Halloween) in the house so that when one of us has a chocolate craving we just eat the little bag.
