Anthony DeFranco in Huntington. i highly recommend them. they are rated one of the top salons and spa's in NY.

Center Moriches has a great spa called Luna Mesa. It's small but it's really cute & relaxing. I just had my bachlorette party yesterday at the Sandalwood Day Spa in Massapequa so if your willing to go a little further west it's really worth it!!
