our anniversary is coming up and i wanna go away for the weekend
does anybody have any suggestions?
(ps i already tried mohegan sun and its BOOKED!)

I dont know if this is something you would like but I went to Kennebunkport Maine last year around this time and it was awesome!
Also Norwegian Cruises has a 1 night cruise out of NY. Its Lunch, Dinner, Gambling, Shows, BReakfast. Everything on a real cruise just 1 night.

i just looked into that, its not offered that weekend of my annivers...and if i did it the weekend b4 im cuttin into my annual halloween party ! lol but thanks that soudns awesome and im gonna keep that in mind for another time

Spending the night in the city is always fun! make reservations at a good spot down in little italy, very romantic!

How about the Poconos or somewhere upstate or Boston or something like that? Oh, and Mohegan Sun might be booked but what about going to Mystic and stopping at Mohegan Sun. I'm always trying to plan some sort of weekend getaway, they just almost always fall through. When is your anniversary - if its closer to Christmas you could do Hershey Park.... they cover the park in lights for Christmas. Very romantic.
You just made me realize my anniversary is coming up too! October 30th. We usually don't go crazy though because we more than overspend on each other for Christmas.

got to a B&B in connecticut or something........that's always nice and relaxing
or you can even do one out here on the east end and then take winery tours! !

I thought of another one! Don't know if you're into baseball or not but Cooperstown is so nice! They have the Baseball Hall of Fame, great restaurants (you wouldnt believe it but its true!), and the most romantic bed and breakfasts!

if you dont want to go to mohegan sun, what about turning stone? its another type of casino, but its like 4 hours upstate. its a nice area... just make sure it isnt snowing! lol
(yeah, like its gonna go from 88 degrees on October 5 to 32 degrees on November 2nd...)
Check out travel zoo they always have great rates for a night or 2. The rates are like 1/2 the price. We have booked twice with them.

SO ITS BOOKED! we went to a place two valentines days ago up in the poconos and thats what were doing again but this time we got the suite w/ fireplace and jacuzzi! o boy
he has such a smile on his face he is so excited (hes been so bummed out bout work) so i am so happy i made his night!
i can't wait 26 more days till complete romance!

How romantic! Does the place have a website? I'm thinking we should do a mini trip soon too! Our anniversary is October 30th.

2 years ago in oct we went to Cape May and stayed at Congress Hall its beautiful and there are all shops and stuff and the beach is right there.
