Looking for an apartment but must be under $1400

Fh and I are looking for an apartment in lindenhurst or babylon area for under $1400 with everything included 1 bedroom with office or 2 bedrooms perferably on the first floor. We can not move in until the end of this month or the first of november.

We can only find apartments that fit our description under real estate offices and we can't afford one month depo, one month security and one month for service finder fee.

Have you looked on Craigslist? Probably have, but just wanted to make sure :) I found mine there.

yea found some good ones and some GREAT ones but the great ones were all damn real estate companies. Grrrr i hate that. Thanks though!

The last apt I had in Lindy I found in one of the local papers-- South Bay News, I think. There were lots of them in there and many had no broker/finders fee. I'll keep an eye out for you.
