looking for an apt in NYC or brooklyn

hi ladies,
my sister's landlord just raised her rent and she needs to find a new apartment. She is looking for a one bedroom in the city or brooklyn. if anyone has a referral for a rental or sublease, please FM me!!

she's been on craigslist, and working with a few agents, but the don't have anything...

we JUST found a place this weekend. we've been looking since NOVEMBER and everything is either too expensive, bad location, or most important, won't take a dog.

I found that the dog part is the hardest. If she doesn't have a dog, she should definitely find something on craigslist. Also she should try newsday.com and go on random realtors websites.
