Looking for an INDOOR site for wedding ceremony only, non religious- March 10th 2012

Ok so I found a great private location for my reception, but it does not have a room I can have my ceremony in and I cannot have the ceremony in the same room.

I am looking for something relatively cheap since I was just planning on going to town hall in like, my sweatpants that morning (haha) but I'm trying to appease both my own mother and my mother-in-law-to-be by looking for a ceremony location. Any [cheap] location help would be appreciated! Looking for something for Saturday, March 10, 2012, any where from 2-5pm. My reception will be in Middle Island (suffolk county) but as long as I have enough travel time I don't have a preference for a location. Quick ceremony and I even have an officiant. No churches, chapels, synogogues please, I am not religious and don't want that involved in the ceremony at all.

I called three places [catering halls since I cannot find ANYTHING] and they tried to sell me on the reception in a pushy way so I was turned off by them.

Would you consider a church that is only around for historic reasons? There is a church building in Sayville on the corner of Montaulk Hwy and Broadway Ave. Its small and only seats maybe 60 people. Its owned by the town of Islip and I believe it was rather inexpensive to get married there. Its non-denominational so there is no clergy and so forth involved. Its never used for anything other than wedding from what I understand. I'll see if I can find the link online to it.

ETA: The 'church' itself is on the bottom of the page but as you can see there are also places for pictures.

Here is the link

I really don't want to be inside any place of worship, even if it's not used for that anymore. I saw a few that were historical, but I want to avoid them since it actually makes me angry to even step foot in one (probably NOT the mood I'm going for on my 'big day' hahaha)

I have even considered theatres although I don't know of any that would allow it.

I'm inviting 90 people, but not sure who'd actually come to the ceremony if it's at a different site. I'd consider a house, but I'd still have to rent chairs and decorate so the costs keep adding up (80 chairs cost around $300-500)- you're right about using the word 'wedding' !!! Potential vendors' eyes light up like I'm an ATM....

they're helping but having an equally hard time. And I'm the one significantly opposed to having a religion-related ceremony so I feel like I should at least help
