Looking for an Off-Premises Caterer

Hi All,
I'm planning my 10/10/10 backyard wedding and have no idea which caterers to look at.
I was hoping that you ladies could recommend some : )

if you look at wedding sites that bring in caterers that may give you a start on things. i know the queens county farm house and museum brings in a caterer and so do other popular historic sites. sorry i cant think of any off hand .
