looking for another 2 fam in long beach..
if you guys have any leads it would be appreciated.
we have a 2 fam...but we only have 3 bdrms...one of which is a home office.
looking to add to our family ..soon but not now...
so we are looking for another 2 fam...where we have 4 bdrms..lot size at least 40x60 if not bigger...east end preferably...
and not costing in the $650,000 range.![]()
I know, I know...good luck...but I figure if we start looking on our own now..we may find something.
BTW, it took a year of us looking constantly to find our current home...and that was 4 years ago this JUNE!!
just thought I would post it here in case anyone sees or know anyone looking to sell....
